Terms of Service

The basics

Ubibox is a sales platform that helps you find companies, manage contacts, send emails, and get contracts signed. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Your account

• You need to be 18 or older to use Ubibox
• Keep your login credentials secure
• You're responsible for everything that happens under your account
• One person per account (no sharing accounts)

What you can do

• Search for Swedish companies using our database
• Store and organize your business contacts
• Send emails through your connected Gmail account
• Send contracts for e-signature via Scrive
• Track deals through your sales pipeline

What you can't do

• Send spam or unsolicited bulk emails
• Use the service for anything illegal
• Scrape or bulk-download company data for resale
• Try to hack, overload, or reverse-engineer the service
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Share access to your account with others

We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Your data

You own your data. The contacts you add, notes you write, and lists you create are yours. We don't claim any ownership over your content. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle it.

Company data

The Swedish company information in our search comes from public registries and third-party data providers. We do our best to keep it accurate, but we can't guarantee it's always up to date. Always verify important information independently.

Third-party integrations

When you connect Gmail or Scrive, you're also agreeing to their terms of service. We're not responsible for issues with those services. If they go down or change their APIs, some Ubibox features may be affected.

Payment & billing

Ubibox is currently in early access. When we introduce paid plans, we'll give you notice before any charges apply. Pricing and billing terms will be clearly communicated at that time.

Availability

We aim for high uptime but can't promise 100% availability. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or updates. We'll try to give notice when possible.

Limitation of liability

Ubibox is provided "as is." We're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to what you've paid us in the past 12 months (which during early access is zero).

Changes to terms

We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you via email or in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes will be handled in Swedish courts.
